General Shop InformationWhat are your store hours?
Our store hours are: Tuesday thru Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-1, Sunday and Monday we are closed.
What towns do you deliver to?
Our delivery areas are as follows, but if you do not see a specific area listed, feel free to give us a call:

How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery cost starts at $6.00 and increases the further out we go. Feel free to call us for the cost to a specific area.
Do you offer wire service?
Yes, we are a member of the Flower Shop Network. Our cost for wire out service is currently $6.95.
Do you offer FTD or Teleflora brand products or services?
No, however if you see something you like from those websites, call us! Most times we can design something similar according to your description and/or we can look at the same item online.
Can I come into your shop to buy an already made arrangement or place an order?
Absolutely, we are a walk-in florist, plus we love to see our customers face to face whenever possible. If you are looking for something specific, we are happy to make your arrangement while you wait, or you can call ahead so it is less likely you will need to wait.
Do you sell any house plants?
Yes, we keep an assortment of types and sizes of plants and dish gardens. Give us a call to see what we have this week.
Do you carry outdoor flowers or plants?
Only during certain parts of the year, namely Spring and Fall. It is always best to call for availability, they sell out quickly.
Do you carry any gift items?
Yes, we have a variety of items such as stuffed critters, specialty wall vases for flowers, and artwork from local artists just to name a few. We try to keep our gift selection changing so there is always something new to see. You can always check our Home page of this website or
our Facebook page for new or featured items!
Do you carry balloons?
We do not have balloons here in the shop, however, advanced ordering will allow us to accommodate requests for balloons.
Do you carry silk or faux flower arrangements?
Yes, we make all of our silk arrangements here. We enjoy making custom pieces specifically for your needs as well. If you have a particular container you would like us to create something in, feel free to bring it by. Stop in or call for more information.

Can I place an order over the phone or should I come into your shop?
Whichever is more convenient or comfortable for you, we're here to help.
When should I order?
The general rule, the earlier the better. Specific requests are more likely met when given more time. As always, we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.

Yes we do. You can view a few examples of what we've done in our Custom Funeral Section.
We always welcome custom work because it allows us to create something much more personal. Time is a factor, so order as early as possible.

Currently, we are still working on getting that part of the website put together. However,
our Event Section of the gallery has a variety of items (some of which are from weddings) where you may view some of our work.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we suggest making the appointment after all the dresses have been chosen.
Do you have any suggestions on how to use your website?
Sure, currently our website is just like a portfolio showing people what we do on a daily basis here. All of the arrangements you see on this website are designed by Petal Street and photographed here at the shop or at the location of the event.
Browsing through our gallery should give you a sense of our design styles. Note the reference numbers when you call so we can better assist you.
Can I place an order with you through your website?
Currently, we prefer to have our customers call in for their orders so we can create a piece specific to their needs.
Can I order a flower arrangement I see in your gallery?
Yes, keep in mind our flower selection changes every week and we will recreate the arrangement as similar as possible.
Can I order a flower arrangement I have seen from another website?
Absolutely. Call and describe it or we will view it online with you.
