Our minimum purchase for delivery is $50.00.

Do you offer wire-out service?

Due to increasing costs in wire service fees, we no longer offer a wire out service. Our suggestion to those looking to send flower arrangements, fruit baskets, etc. to areas outside our delivery range is to call a florist near the recipient's location. You instantly save on service fees. Another option is to use Yelp or Google online search applications to find florists in the recipients city or town. You are able to read reviews of the florists there to determine your best option. Another option would be to call a funeral home in the recipient's city and ask which florists they trust or prefer.

Do you offer FTD or Teleflora brand products or services?

No, however if you see something you like from those websites, call us! Most times we can design something similar according to your description and/or we can look at the same item online.

Can I come into your shop to buy an already-made arrangement?

Absolutely, we are a local walk-in florist, plus we love to see our customers face to face whenever possible. We always offer a variety of items and pricing to choose from. If you are looking for something specific, we are happy to make your arrangement while you wait, or you can call ahead so it is less likely you will need to wait.

Do you sell any house plants?

Yes, we keep an assortment of types and sizes of plants and dish gardens. The selection changes regularly, please call us to see what we have this week.

Do you carry outdoor flowers or plants?

We do not carry outdoor plants or flowers for sale. We have a handful of local nursery and farm market businesses nearby and choose to leave that to them. We focus on floristry and being a reputable local florist.

Do you carry any gift items?

Yes, we have a variety of small novelty gift vases for flowers, wall vases, and artwork from local artists just to name a few. We are a florist first and foremost, so gift items in our shop are kept to a minimum in order to have plenty of room to display our fresh flowers and flower arrangements. If we do not have what you are looking for, we can suggest a few of the local gift shops nearby.

We do not offer silk flower arrangements.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

We sure do: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Ordering from Our Website

Can I place an order with you through your website?

Yes you can, all flower arrangements that you see were made and photographed here in our shop so you have a good idea of our styles. Please note when ordering online through our website you agree to our substitutions policy which you can read about on our Terms and Substitutions page.

What does upgrading a flower arrangement to a higher price do?

Upgrading a floral arrangement increases the amount of flowers, accents, and/or foliage in any given piece. Depending on the amount of the upgrade, the container size will naturally increase when needed, but we concentrate on adding flowers first.

What if I really don't want any substitutions made?

Due to the ever changing weekly availability of our flowers, substitutions are a common occurrence, though we do use flowers of equal or greater value when we do substitute. However, if substitutions are something you are not comfortable with, then we HIGHLY recommend you call us directly and discuss what you would like to have made. We are always happy to speak with you by phone 732-295-0600.

Can I order a flower arrangement I have seen from another website?

Absolutely. Call and describe it or we will view it online with you.

Can I request to have a picture of the flower arrangement sent to me before it goes out for delivery?

We are happy to take a photo of the arrangement that you order for delivery, however, we do not send the pic until after it is out for delivery.

I noticed a possible issue while browsing your website, what should I do?

Oops, sorry for the inconvenience. With so many devices to surf the internet on these days, it can be difficult to create a website that looks and operates flawlessly. We do try our best to make Petal Street's website as clean as possible. If you are experiencing an issue on our site that is particularly disruptive, please let us know via phone, e-mail, social media messaging, we appreciate it. Also, please include the particular device you are using when the issue arises, thank you!

Other Questions and Answers

Are the flowers or plants purchased dangerous to house pets?

This subject is often asked, if you’re like us, your dogs and cats are more than just pets; they’re full-fledged members of the family. As any pet owner knows, it can also be difficult to keep them from eating whatever strikes their fancy, even if it’s far from healthy for them. We always suggest that you (the owner of a pet) use Google to search for articles with this subject and take the time to read several different sites. There are some flowers and plants that can be harmless to pets, and there are some flowers and plants that can make them ill, or result in death if ingested. There is also the fact that many flowers and plants come from different growers from different parts of the world, each using different fertilizers and pesticides to grow those flowers and plants. None of those chemicals are good for pets and can make them ill or worse. We strongly suggest to keep the flowers and plants out of their reach if you think there is any chance of them eating them. It is always the responsibility of a good loving pet parent to keep flowers and plants the animal should not be eating away from them (again, if you even think they might eat them), even when the flower or plant is deemed safe.
